Founder Rhys Finlay and his team of licensed, qualified and certified builders are your go-to building maintenance specialists to take on facilities management contracts, new builds, fencing projects, tender and other contracting work.

They are a fully NZ owned, Lower Hutt company that services the entire Wellington
region.

Established in 2006, Rhys and the team have been carrying out work all around
Wellington, leaving a trail of happy clients. They conduct a wide range of building
services and contracting work including building maintenance and repairs and
specialising in contract and tender work providing a comprehensive solution to those larger jobs.
